Eligibility for Returns
You have up to 5 days after delivery or collection to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet these conditions:
- The item should be in its original condition and packaging.
- All accessories and tags must remain intact.
Please note that certain categories, primarily related to personal hygiene, may not be eligible for return like underclothing and socks
Exchange Policy
Cash Sale/ receipt/ proof of purchase is required along with items to be exchanged.
Item/ s must be returned in good condition along with all tags & labels attached to the product. Item/s must be in sellable condition.
Items bought under a combo promotion offer must be all returned together.
Exchange must be done within two weeks from date of delivery
Management reserves the right to refuse an exchange.
Items that are altered in length, waist, sleeves, shoulders etc will not be exchanged.
Refund Processing Time
The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method used:
- If you paid via mobile money, the refund will be issued to your mobile money account within 48 hours.
- If you paid via a bank card, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- If you paid using a voucher, your voucher will be processed immediately, and you will receive an email with your voucher code within 24hrs.
